Rug Hooking on Tuesday
A group of us went to Logan to rug hook at one of the rug hookers beautiful home. S has a beautiful home with many interesting antiques. I learned what some of the items were used for originally. It was interesting how S uses the beautiful items in decorating and the storing of her wool. What a wool stash S has. We worked on our color planning of new rugs and caught up with each other. It was a beautiful setting in S's backyard. I had a lot of fun and was sorry to leave.
T brought her blue bench and it was beautiful. It would fit perfectly in two of my rooms. So much talent. Also, T had another little bench that I liked. Thanks for sharing your talent with us.

Fall Is Just Around The Corner
I can't believe that summer is almost over. School will start soon and we haven't done all the fun things that we wanted to do. I love the crisp smell of fall and the crunch of leaves as you are walking.

Spooks-n-Spells

I finally figured out how to resize my pictures for my punchneedle patterns. Now I can post them. This is the first one that I put on Etsy.com. As I put them on Etsy, I will show them to you here. Since we are so close to fall and Halloween, I thought that I would start with Spooks-n-Spells. Etsy said that it would take about 2 days before they show up. Hope you like them.

Dyeing Wool
I decided to dye wool. I dyed almost all of it in my crockpot. I dyed the pumpkin in the pot on the stove. The colors are beautiful. It is hard to say which ones are my favorites. I took some pictures, but I don't think they do the wool justice. Pumpkins, blues, greens, golds, purples, and pinks. I love the marbled look.
